AI Processing and Your Contracts

When you upload a contract, our AI Genius engine processes it to extract structured data and create searchable embeddings. This processing occurs entirely within your isolated tenant environment. Your contracts are never used to train AI models, shared with other customers, or made accessible outside your account.

AI-generated outputs such as metadata, summaries, and clause interpretations are stored only within your workspace and associated solely with your account.

Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist us in operating the platform, such as cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and email delivery services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Law enforcement or government agencies when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the successor agrees to be bound by this policy.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in transit using TLS 1.3 for all data transferred between your browser and our servers
• Encryption at rest using AES-256 for all stored data including contract documents
• Tenant isolation ensuring your data is logically separated from other customers
• SOC 2 Type II certification with annual third-party audits
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
• Access controls limiting employee access to customer data to only what is necessary

While we implement robust security measures, no system is completely immune to breach. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you promptly as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and contract data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow you to export it, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@contractg.ai.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data
